Young Enterprise Manager West London

Full time position – 37.5 hours per week

Salary up to £24,441 per annum

Working from Home (preferably in West London) with frequent travel

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference to young people’s lives.  You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local schools and colleges as well as working closely with our volunteers and business advisers.  The boroughs which you will cover includes Ealing, Hillingdon and Hounslow.  The ability to drive is important as the area and nature of this role precludes the use of public transport.

The successful applicant will be a confident speaker, able to run workshops and presentations and be confident in selling our unique suite of programmes.

A key focus of the job is the facilitation of the Young Enterprise Company Programme, supporting both the students, who work in groups to set up their own mini enterprise, as well as the teachers/tutors and business volunteers who mentor them. There will also be the coordination and delivery of a small number of challenge days to whole year groups in both primary and secondary schools, supported on the day by volunteers from business.
