The Company:

The Role:

* The main element of the role as the new KAM is to sell and promote a new product which is a antibiotic
* Your main aim as the new Key Account Manager is to try and gain formulary inclusion by selling through CCG's/KOL
* You will try to position this within the whole local health economy/CCG - There is a high likelihood we will need to position the product between the 2 to ensure funding pathways as there are enormous potential cost savings to be made by keeping patients from hospital admissions
* Develop working relationships with ID-physician and antibiotic pharmacist to effectively influence adoption pathways and purchasing decisions
* Organise local and regional medical education events with KOL

The Ideal Person:

* As the new Key Account Manager/Market Access Specialist you must have sold and have experience of working with high cost drugs - or at the very least Ant-Infectives / Anti-Biotics
* You will have Sold into either the whole local health economy / CCG and or preferably both
* You will be ABPI qualified and be able to Demonstrate (recent) success with a new product launch
* Evidence of formulary approvals along with irrefutable evidence of sales success
* Honesty and integrity are key along with a can do attitude with a real desire for continued success
