A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New/Used Car Sales Executive at Our Client's Niche Franchise Dealership in the Colchester area.
Job Specification:
Reporting to the Sales Managers and working with a close team of Car Sales Executives, you will be required to sell New and Used Vehicles, Accessories, Finance, Finance related products and Warranties with the aim of reaching and exceeding targets. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays that may progress. Car Sales Executives are required to ensure demonstration vehicles are well maintained, clean and available at all times. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. Car Sales Executives must explain Warranty, Service arrangements, introduce customers to the Aftersales Department and demonstrate the cars features and offer any other support that may be required.
Applicant Specification:
To succeed in this role you will ideally have strong and stable New and Used Car Sales Experience however, Our Client is prepared to look at candidates out of the Motor Trade, you would need to have a strong sales background with a stable career history, a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for the company. You will need to be brand focused, capable of working independently, and have the energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity.
For your hard work Our Client is offering a starting salary of GBP15,000 with an uncapped and realistic OTE of up to GBP45,000 + per annum, alongside a company vehicle, manufacturer training, and fantastic career prospects with an industry leading manufacturer and Dealer Group.
You will ideally live within the Colchester area or be able to travel to the Colchester area and have a working experience as a Sales Executive.
