The Langdale Estate is set in 35 acres of woodland & waterways in the heart of the Lake District. The Estate comprises Langdale Hotel - a 52 bedroom hotel, Brimstone - a 16 bedroom boutique hotel, 100 timeshare units, Stove Restaurant and Bar and the newly opened Brimstone Spa.
An opportunity has arisen for an evening housekeeper within the housekeeping team at the Langdale Estate. This could be a full or part time role and will start after 4pm each day.
The role includes looking after any evening housekeeping issues as highlighted by the Duty Manager or the reception team i.e cleaning of public areas, any additional bedroom cleans required. It also will involve ensuring the onsite laundry stays operational throughout the evening to ensure that there is a constant supply of clean linen.
Previous experience would be preferred but not essential as full training will be given. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate well with guests and colleagues, and have good customer service skills. This is a live out role and due to limited public transport access to your own transport will be vital.
