Our client is the UK’s 1st eviction and housing law specialist and the first to be authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
To help landlords, we have campaigned to have the law changed – and we’ve won. Now, our constant battles are with the legal process, the court system, opportunist tenants and their lawyers.
We deal with problem tenants, squatters, rental debts and other housing law matters in England and Wales.

Our client is the brand-leader in this sector. Since we were established in 1999 we’ve acted on over 20,000 evictions and advised thousands of landlords on various landlord and tenant issues. Case-work varies from dealing with highly professional letting agents to highly anxious landlords.
We are looking for an experienced Housing Law solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE dealing with housing matters to join the residential team in client Mill Hill offices, London, NW7. The successful candidate will be required to process and manage a very large case-load of residential possession proceedings.
Experience is needed in notice-drafting, statement-taking and residential possessions claims. Direct contact with clients and courts will be required. The candidate will need to show they are able to represent landlords at all stages, including defended matters and has the ability to work autonomously.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
We are seeking an experienced Housing Law Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE dealing with housing matters who has evidence of the professional ability to process and manage a very large case-load of residential possession proceedings, quickly and accurately.
The successful candidate will enjoy a busy office, have extensive experience in notice-drafting, statement-taking and residential possessions claims. They will need to show that they’re able to work autonomously to represent landlords at all stages, including defended matters.

From those who have served notice and those who have no idea about the process. At any one time there are several hundred live files. We are constantly busy with both existing and new cases.
Solicitor’s Duties & Responsibilities include:

Providing telephone advice to clients on landlord and tenant housing matters.
Review and Advise:
Reviewing client application forms and documentation and chasing outstanding paperwork from clients ands giving advice based on case information received.
Case Handling:

Liaising with clients;
