Mechanical Project Manager
A great opportunity has come up for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a well-established M&E Contractor who are starting up a Commercial Division and building a new team.
They are currently looking for Mechanical Project Managers with the following experience;
Mechanical Project Manager
Experience on commercial projects up to GBP5 Million.
SMSTS Cert.
Managers CSCS Black Card.
Proficient with Microsoft computer packages - Word, Excel and Project.
Proficient with Auto Cad packages.
Minimum 5 years experience within a Project managers role.
Experience with Plant Rooms, Energy Centres and large bore pipework installations.
Good technical knowledge of pipework systems.
Writing RAMS and issuing Toolbox Talks, briefing`s etc.
Managing sub-contractors and own labour levels.
Ownership of projects and financial responsibility.
Good communicator at all levels.
Aspiration`s for future progression within the company.
