Monday - Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays
My Client a Main Franchise Dealer in Northampton is now recruiting for a personable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join its business.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Service Advisor for a Main Dealer and will have a clear understanding of the use of Kerridge.
You will be responsible for:
Booking customers' vehicles in for Service, MOT or repair
Advising on any work required along with any additional costs
Arranging collection/delivery of cars and providing courtesy cars where necessary
Invoicing and taking payments
Advising on warranty issues and advisory notes
As part of a larger group across the UK you will be part of a well-established business that provides stability, manufacturer training, career progression and a great earning potential.
