We have a NEW exciting role based in Farnborough at an Insurance Brokerage.
Our client is a firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Hampshire, but operating across the whole of UK through the telephone and the internet.
NO COLD CALLING!!
You will be part of an experienced team of Protection Consultants working on an advised basis who are given multiple leads per day. These are generated from potential customers whom have expressed a specific interest in life insurance or income protection products on-line. We do not cold call from data lists etc. You will contact these leads, undertake a detailed "fact find" to establish their needs and requirements.
The package is a basic ofGBP22,500 , which increases after probation and uncapped commission, with a minimum OTE of GBP50k Year 1, Year 2 GBP70k plus. You ultimately get the option to switch you to work on a self-employed basis in an advisor role in which you would earn 50% of all commissions for every product.
If you decide to switch to a self employed role on 50% commission deal (After lead costs deducted from total commission). Realistic GBP100k+ on a self-employed basis. (For example, if the commission on a GBP500k life cover was GBP2,000 you would receive GBP1,000, which means unlimited earning potential).
With a unique rookie bonus structure enables you to earn commission from DAY ONE!
