Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 basic, 25 days holiday, pension, company bonus scheme

You will be responsible for forming relationships with students and local employers to identify opportunities to secure employment for graduates.
Key duties:
* Sourcing of sustainable graduate level employment opportunities
* Effective diagnosis of Graduate needs and requirements
* Deliver individual and group coaching sessions (CV preparation, job search, interview techniques etc)
* Attend local networking events to promote effectively promote provision
* Develop internal stakeholder relationships
Candidate Requirements:
*Previous B2B experience ideally within commercial recruitment, Apprenticeships or Employability contracts
*Ability to engage with graduates in 1-1 and group settings
*Confident, outgoing and self motivated
*Top level interpersonal skills
*Graduate and/or experience of working within HE desirable
