Service Engineer
GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 base + Overtime (GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 OTE) + Paid Travelling Time + Van + Tools + Pension + Phone + Call Out (1 in 3-4 weeks)

Service Engineer position available servicing automatic and industrial doors in a fast growing engineering company. You'll will earn GBP35,000 + per annum in this role.
You need to have transferable skills - demonstrate maintenance/service experience in an electrical/mechanical capacity.
Working as part of a field service team, you'll be based from home installing, servicing and repairing gates, barriers, automatic and industrial doors. You'll cover a local territory, no stay away or UK travel is required.
Experience is a field based role is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate. Ex forces are encouraged to apply. No experience of the products is needed as on the job training will be given.
The company are growing very quickly and need another two engineers to handle the extra workload, they have recently won a couple of large contracts.
The role:
* Installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing gates, barriers, automatic and industrial doors
* Carrying out risk assessment for every site visit to minimise all potential risks
* Diagnosing and quantifying repairs or upgrade. Participate in the out of hours call out rand standby rota
* To adhere to company quality standards at all times
* Meeting customer expectations on service delivery and professional standards
The person needed:
* Experience in the installation & maintenance of transferable equipment, product training can be given if not from the industry
* Electrical/mechanical service/maintenance experience
* Good organisational & communication skills
* The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
* Driving licence
