1:1 Teaching Assistant

I am currently working with a lovely primary school in the Radstock area that are looking to recruit for general class teaching assistants on a supply baiss

The role will require a Teaching Assistant to work both in groups and also on a one to one basis with pupils who have learning difficulties. The successful candidate will ideally have Early Years, KS2 and SEN experience. The schools vary from school vilaage schools to larger schools, with plentiful resources and a supportive staff network.

We are looking for Teaching assistants & Learning Support Assistants for day to day assignments either as a general classroom TA or for 1:1 support

You will need to;
-Be available and ready to accept bookings in the mornings
-Be able to go into a classroom and assist with pupils as required
-Will treat every assignment as if it is a permanent role, injecting a sense of purpose into the classroom and helping the school to the best of your ability
-Develop professional relationships with pupils and staff
-Ensure effective classroom management in line with schools behaviour policy
