Basic Salary GBP14,000 - GBP20,000
An established financial business based on the outskirts of Norwich is looking for a Marketing Graduate. A firm with solid customer beliefs who deliver an excellent service to their accounts are offering the role which would start your career.
This is a primarily office based role with the dual responsibilities of providing support to the sales team in delivering first class customer service to business partners and customers, plus responsibility for company marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Deal with day to day customer queries - mainly over the phone and email or face to face
Development and upkeep of company Website; updating with recent testimonials, magic moments/special offers and other items
Control the marketing systems which include Swiftpage, ACT E-Marketing and drip marketing campaigns including database segmentation
Provide support to other team members.
Devising and presenting marketing ideas and strategies that deliver new business leads
Monitoring performance and managing marketing campaigns
Organising events and sales exhibitions
