Call Handler

Call Handlers needed on both a part time and full time basis in Bridgwater. Flexible hours available Your new companyHealthcare organisation based in Bridgwater with easy access by car and public transport with excellent local amenities.Your new roleYour new role will be to act as a point of contact for the organisation. You will field calls from members of the public relating to a whole range of issues regarding health and social care. These include appointment booking, patient transport and remote healthcare. All information to take over the phone will have to be recorded on the organisations bespoke system so the ability to listen and type at the same time would be necessary. Full training is provided. What you'll need to succeedTo be successfully chosen for the role you must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in a calm and professional manner. You must also possess good organisational skills and the ability to pick up new systems. Previous experience in administration or customer service roles would also be necessary. What you'll get in returnYou will be offered the chance to work in a part time role with flexible working hours in a ongoing temporary assignment.
