An opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager post working across our existing Warrington services and our new service in Knowsley. The role will invoice the operational management of a range of services including:
Supported living for people with learning disabilities
Supported housing for people with mental health needs
Community Support & Outreach
Supporting people with complex needs & Autistic spectrum disorders.
The role will also involve the management of staff teams ensuring training and development needs are met and that a positive culture is fostered. You will take on the role of registered Manager with CQC and develop excellent relationships with commissioners, stakeholders and partners. You will also work closely with service users and families ensuring coproduction is embedded in all areas of practice, management and business development.
This role is ideal for a competent, hardworking practitioner who is seeking career development with a creative and innovative organisation. The role will involve the development of a brand new service in Knowsley working closely with the Area Manager and the Commissioning Authority to ensure high standards of care and support and that service users are fully supported to achieve their individual aspirations and goals. You will also ensure that our existing Warrington services continue to provide high quality support, offering service users a range of activities and opportunities for meaningful involvement, developing volunteering roles and apprenticeships.
We are seeking someone with extensive care experience who can lead our services locally and contribute towards our wider corporate objectives. You will be fully supported in this role by the Arear Manager and Service Director and will receive a comprehensive induction.
