Our client is one of the UK's leading Main Contractors specialising in both Private & Public Sector projects across the UK. Having recently secured a ??45m new build commercial office scheme in the bridgwater, we have been asked to supply an experienced installation Manager with fa??ade and cladding experience. What is required is someone with a strong Main Contractor background who can manage the modular installation and the 'zip up' of the build. This is a major project, and is anticipated to be on site for well over a year. Our client is happy to pay people on either freelance or long term contract, with a similar pay rate for both methods. Experience Required: - Experienced Modular installer manager/supervisor with external cladding experience - Ensuring company HS&E and quality standards, operating processes, company policies and all legislative requirements are understood, implemented and adhered to at all times. - Setting up site, Fire Plans, Inductions, Method Statement, Risk Assessments etc. - Organising the site to deliver programme requirements on a daily basis. - Co-ordinating sub-contractors to ensure efficiency of work. - Monitor the quality of work carried out ensuring high standards of quality are achieved and addressing any issues with sub-contractors / trades. - Ensuring all programmes, plans, method statements and risk assessments are up to date, understood and adhered to by all the necessary people. - Solving design and technical issues on site. Experience Required: - Recent modular experience - SMSTS / First Aid / CSCS essential. - Experience of reporting to project managers and formulating appropriate weekly reports. - Live within suitable commuting distance of the project.
