JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new opportunity for an Administrator / International Sales Team Assistant that has good administrative, organisational, customer service and time-management skills.
Working as the Administrator / International Sales Team Assistant you will join the Company's expanding department and provide administrative and general support to the Company's International Sales Team by processing sales orders, raising purchase orders and liaising with clients and suppliers.

DUTIES
Your duties and responsibilities as the Administrator / International Sales Team Support Administration Assistant include:
- Raising quotes, sales orders and purchase orders and sending confirmation to customers and suppliers
- Raising new pick lists and new manufacturing orders for in-house produced items in order to meet client deadlines
- Checking stock quantities, lead times and current prices with suppliers
- Maintaining the client/supplier database
- Checking the correct information is passed on to the Shipping Team
- Filing new client registration forms
IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the Administrator / International Sales Team Support Administration Assistant you should have the following skills, knowledge and attributes:
- Previous office experience
- Be a self-starter with the ability to finish tasks quickly and efficiently
- Be able to work within a team environment, willing to assist colleagues when required
- Be well organised, show ability to work with a sense of urgency and have a high attention to detail
- Be a team player with excellent motivation, confidence and a high standard of customer service / focus
- Be Friendly, confident communicator, great over the telephone
- Be aware of and deliver a time critical service
- Have a good general level of literacy, numeracy and computer skills
- An additional language would be an advantage, although not essential
