We are looking for a sous chef with experience of working within a Rosette environment to join our client's young and ambitious brigade of 7 chefs.
You will be joining an already successful and passionate team who strive to offer a 5* service.
My client is a privately owned hotel with busy bars and a la carte restaurant. They are looking for an experienced chef to assist in the day to day running of the kitchen, someone who is able to help lead and develop the team.
They continuously invest in their staff and the property to ensure they are market leaders, they use top quality suppliers and provide home prepared and cooked food to be proud of.
To apply for this role you should have
??? Good experience in this field, working in a Rosette environment
??? Formal training, again in a Rosette environment
??? A good track record of leading a team
??? Passion and drive
??? Good attention to detail
In return they can offer
??? ??20,000 -??25,000 per annum (dependant on experience) based on an average 50 hour working week
??? A good work life balance and 28 days paid holiday per year (to include bank holidays)
??? 3% pension contribution
??? A fast paced enjoyable working environment
