The Hinkley Point C Project is one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe. During the business construction phase over 5,600 people will work on the site. The project marks the rebirth of the UK's nuclear industry and will present invaluable opportunities for Somerset, the South West and wider UK.
We are currently looking for a Facilities Management Delivery Lead (Hard Services) to work on site at HPC for an initial 12 month contract.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* The role holder will provide the day to day management of the delivery of a selection of facilities services at the HPC construction site and its Associated Developments.
* Oversee facilities services include building maintenance, housekeeping, integrated helpdesk & fleet management.
* Responsible for services provided to 4 main offices at HPC as well as other office and ancillary buildings both at HPC and on various other associated developments.
Knowledge and Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role on a major UK infrastructure project
* Experience of providing technical assurance in a dynamic FM role
* Knowledge of the Nuclear industry - or similar highly regulated process delivery industry would be beneficial.
