Our client is a leading provider in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire & Bath and North-east Somerset, providing support, care and psychological services to people with mental health and other related support needs, to enable them to fulfil their hopes and ambitions.
Facilitated Early Discharge Worker
Salary range: ??20,369 - ??22,265 per annum
Hours: 37 per week
We have a full time position, for 37 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have mental health experience as they will provide a wide range of interventions to assist people, during a period of acute mental health crisis, with daily health, social care and wellbeing needs, building resilience and connecting into community resources. You will need to take a holistic view, with a recovery and psychologically informed approach.
You must have a minimum of two years' experience working within Mental Health.
