Corporate/Commercial Paralegal role with successful firm in Bath. Corporate/Commercial Legal Assistant/Paralegal Your new firm This local firm are looking for a Corporate/Commercial Legal Assistant, or Paralegal to join their well-established firm based in the centre of Bath. The practice is renowned for their success within the South West. Your new role This is a new role to join this excellent team in central Bath. Working primarily with the Partner and an Associate, you will be involved in a diverse portfolio of commercial client work. This will include commercial agreements, start-ups and corporate governance. You will be the main point of contact for the Corporate & Commercial team's clients, and will ensure any queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. You will be running your own caseload under supervision, progressing and maintaining client files alongside other duties. You will also be involved in business development to enhance not only your profile, but also the profile of the firm. There is scope for this role to develop towards a training contract with the firm. What you'll need to succeed You will be a legal assistant or paralegal with previous experience of corporate work; as a minimum you will possess 6 months experience. There is scope for this role to develop towards a training contract with the firm. You will have excellent organisational skills and be committed to delivering excellent client service.
