We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Clients small yet growing agency to lead the strategy for their exciting range of clients. This role can be based from either their Southampton or London office.

You will confidently maintain and develop existing relationships with clients and be well versed in their core offering, being able to develop strategies to achieve the desired results.

You will be the main bridge between clients and the SEO, Paid Media and Content Marketing teams making sure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goal.

Customer service and client relations is something our client pride's ourselves on and you will be instrumental in making sure this is kept to the high standard that's expected.

You will attend regular meetings with clients, create reports and present results, new concepts and strategies.

When appropriate, you may need to meet with clients outside of working hours for client entertainment and relationship building.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

- Establish, build and expand key relationships with our clients
- Identify new opportunities to guarantee our clients are getting the maximum benefit from our services and working relationships
- Ensure we deliver on time, on budget and to our high standards
- Translate the clients' needs and goals into a clear and achievable road map
- Anticipate and address any potential issues before they develop
- Liaise with our in-house teams to deliver the services required
- Client entertainment where and when required
- Monthly executive reporting

Required Skills

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

- At least one years' experience in a similar role, agency side
- An in-depth understanding of the various digital marketing disciplines, mainly SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social and Content Marketing
- High level of experience in planning and presenting digital marketing strategies
- Proven track record of managing multiple key client accounts
- Experience using Google Analytics to measure and report on results as well as other relevant tools and services
