Great opportunity to join one of the leading main contractors in the UK
You will be involved in managing the pre-construction process on projects ranging from GBP5m to GBP50m across the South West region in the following sectors:
- Residential (high end & affordable)
- Retirement Villages
- Health care and Extra Care Facilities
Key responsibilities:
- Land Appraisals
- Reporting on viability of schemes, delivering reports to stakeholders
- Identifying tender risks, changes, quantities and opportunities to maximise profit
- Research and select sub-contractors, materials
- Liaising with Land & Commercial teams to ensure programmes and schedules are adhered to
You:
- Experienced in various forms of contract: NEC, JCT, ICE etc
- Qualified RICS/ICE/CIOB
- Excellent computer literacy and maths skills
- Data Analysis and negotiation skills
