HR Officer
Blaina, Blaenau Gwent
Salary: £25,805.50 per annum
Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2017 – 37 hours per week
Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a HR Officer on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Blaina, Blaenau Gwent.
The organisation are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join the HR team. The HR Officer will support the delivery of a comprehensive, proactive and efficient generalist HR service; working in partnership with Managers and stakeholders to successfully achieve the organisation’s HR strategy in line with the Corporate Plan.
The role involves sustaining compliance with relevant statutory and legal requirements alongside delivery of key HR functions including employee resourcing, employee relations, employee communications and engagement, welfare and attendance case management support and the design and application of relevant policies and procedures.
This is a fixed term opportunity until 31st August 2017.
