We’re looking to welcome to our ambitious commercial business, a focused and driven administration/ customer service professional who has a natural flair for relationship building and strives to deliver the highest standards of service as part of a small hands on team. Working closely with sales and marketing colleagues, as a Recruitment Administrator you’ll provide quality support to the busy team and clients, and your duties will be varied spanning phone-based and administration tasks to include although not be limited to;
- Answering the phone in a professional and helpful manner, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Drafting professional job advertisements for clients ready for Account Manager approval
- Publishing approved recruitment adverts online across a wide range of websites and social media channels
- Proactively supporting clients throughout recruitment advertising campaigns including provision of software training over the phone
- Setting up applicant testing and contacting applicants to chase outstanding assessments
- Conducting pre-screening telephone interviews where required
- Developing CRM data and ensuring that the database remains up-to-date at all times
- Managing and developing social media campaigns
- General office administration and assisting with marketing tasks as required

Previous office based customer service and administration experience is highly desired. Experience within recruitment would be a distinct advantage.

Starting salary: Level dependent on experience
Other benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, complimentary fruit and refreshments provided during working hours, and free onsite parking.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Flexibility will be required with working hours to meet client needs.
