Dorbiere are an independently owned and managed pub group, established in 1979, with a portfolio of community pubs, country inns and student bars across the North West, Midlands and North East of England. We reinvest in our estate year on year creating some of the most traditional and up to date pubs for our customers to experience.
To do this we need outstanding people and with this in mind, we are now looking to expand our maintenance team through the recruitment of a Handyperson and Labourer.
Who are we looking for?
As our ideal Handyperson and labourer , you will be able to demonstrate proven technical experience gained within a similar role. You will need to be reliable, organised and efficient to ensure that any maintenance issues are quickly resolved.
Please Note – To be considered for our Handyperson role, you must possess a full UK driving license.
What will I be responsible for?
Reporting in to our Property and Development Manager, the successful Handyperson/Labourer team will take responsibility for the maintenance of our public houses in both the Northwest and Midlands areas. Your duties will include:

In return for your hard work as our Handyperson and Labourer, you will be entitled to a competitive salary and a great range of benefits. The successful Handyperson will also be provided with a company vehicle and mobile phone.
This is a full time position for 40 hours a week.

- General Property and small joinery Repairs
- Light Plumbing works toilet repairs
