We have a new exciting opportunity, not to be missed! At Dezrez we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to come join our Dezrezlegal department. This is a homebased role (location is flexible) with the requirement to travel across the UK. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 basic plus a generous incentive package and OTE £50,000 - £60,000.

Dezrezlegal are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of developing high value ongoing business relationships.

About the Business Development Manager role

Dezrezlegal’s staff are a lively, driven, committed group of people who pride ourselves on providing a quality Conveyancing service. We help our clients to move home as quickly and pain free as possible across England and Wales.

We’re looking for the right person who is used to a fast paced working environment to represent us in targeting a wide portfolio of estate agents in England to win new business accounts and maintain existing relationships. You will identify, qualify, and build solid high level relationships with new business prospects as well as with existing service users in order to sell the company’s services and meet stretching financial targets.

Key Responsibilities of our Business Development Manager

- To proactively seek new profitable business opportunities.

- To develop and maintain relationships with existing users as is appropriate to their potential business levels. To work with them to understand their service needs and objectives as well as training requirements.

- To effectively meet (and exceed) sales targets as set by the Board and your Line Manager.

- To ensure that all sales opportunities are fully captured and fully explored.

- To achieve required ROI on all activities.

- To actively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, closing and handing over new accounts to the Referral Management team.

- To build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline and to ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented and kept up-to-date in the CRM system.

- To provide timely responses and exceptional levels of service to all enquiries.

- To thoroughly research and understand prospects’ products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives, overall business requirements and ROI objectives, and to advise clients accordingly on how Dezrezlegal are best placed to meet these objectives.

- To create polished proposals, presentations, contracts and other documentation, in line with relevant department procedures. To ensure all written work is of a top quality standard and adheres to Dezrezlegal brand style guidance at all times.

- To generate, manage, and report on marketing and incentive projects in order to maximise new business from new and existing accounts.

- To respond to requests for proposals and other requests for information in a timely and organised manner.

- To adhere to quality management processes.

What we’re looking for in our Business Development Manager

- A proven track record of developing and managing successful business relationships with continual repeat business

- The ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of people

- A current clean UK driving licence

- Also desirable is a knowledge of the property industry and conveyancing process
