Starting salary is £18,000 p.a. with an increase to £20,000 when fully trained

The role

As Sales Coordinator you will have a desire, drive and determination to help develop business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

•    Account management and development 

•    Receiving and making calls to customers

•    Raising orders and following up quotations

•    Liaising with the Business Development Team and other departments within the company

•    Dealing with any customer queries – from chasing orders to any general enquiries

•    General office administration duties

•    Assisting in the quality control system

•    Ability to work alone and as part of a team 

•    Friendly, personable and professional

•    Able to adapt your approach tailored to individual customers needs

•    Willing to learn and develop skills required in this niche industry

•    Self-motivated and pro-active with the ability to manage your time effectively
