In this exciting role, you’ll have the chance to undertake exceptional in-house and on-the-job training with a business that will invest in you and your career. 

As a Trainee Business Development Manager, you’ll help one of ROI’s clients to grow their fleet and business sales. 

This is a vital role in the B2B sales process and will put you at the forefront of client management, appointment-setting and managing a sophisticated CRM system. 

You will proactively identify companies in the UK that use company cars and help Fleet Specialists to build sustainable sales pipelines. 

What’s more, you’ll collaborate with senior professionals who are employed by ROI’s client, making this the ideal role in which to gain valuable insight into the automotive industry. 

Interested? Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered, you must have good IT skills, a great eye for detail and excellent communication skills. 

Customer-focused, friendly, and positive, as a Trainee Business Development Manager, you’ll also need to be inquisitive with strong relationship-building abilities. 

Previous business development experience is advantageous, but not essential. An interest in the automotive industry would also be beneficial.
