Scheduling Administrator / Case Manager / Customer Service Advisor GBP14k + bonus of 2-6k Great prospects, free lunch and breakfast
We are looking for a number of exceptional individuals for our client based in Chilwell
As a Case Manager you will be responsible for managing diaries for a team of surveyors, you will need to be able to build effective working relationships, have fantastic organisation skills and a logical approach to problem solving.
The ideal candidate will already have some customer service experience behind you, but what is more important is that you will combine a totally professional approach with a fun and up-beat personality - which means you'll be approachable and exude confidence, have a big smile and a great sense of humour!
You'll be a natural at talking and engaging with people, and you'll be in your element liaising with our customers and clients all the while ensuring all their needs are met. You'll thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment, have bags of initiative and be able to think on your feet.
The interview will be in the form of an Assessment day on Wednesday 11th January from 9:30am - 2pm approximately so please only apply if you are able to make that date.
You will need a good level of MS office, a great telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
Successful completion of pre-employment screening including credit referencing, employment referencing and CRB check
