My Cient is a leading boutique recruitment agency who provide support staff across the board - PA's, Team Secretaries, Receptionists and Administrators to some very high end clients based in Central London. Our client base ranges from finance houses, banks, legal, insurance, oil and gas, media, luxury goods, galleries, private houseshold, celebrities and many more.
They are looking for someone who is bright, articulate and can use their initiative and be one step ahead of the game and anticipate the needs of the business. You will need to be a people person and self-motivated as well as a real team player. Grammar and English need to be excellent at a high grade - B plus. This role will require the person to be dealing with candidates and clients on a daily basis, both written and verbally. You will also need to be IT savvy and able to pick up systems quickly as you will be involved in a number of marketing projects using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Tmblr, sending mail-shots and involved in the new website.
please note A levels (A-C) in any subject are a minimum requirement for this role
Duties to Include:
Meeting and greeting Candidates on a daily basis and being first point of contact when then candidates arrive at the office
Answering the door/buzzer and directing candidates to the offices
Ensuring candidates have completed all the registration documents
Uploading candidate documentation onto the database
Scanning and filing documentation
Answering all telephone calls - handling where appropriate, transferring and taking messages
Social media updates daily - Twitter / Facebook / LinkedIn
Refreshing job adverts daily on various job boards
General administration duties
Reference chasing
Helping with events and marketing campaigns
Keeping meeting rooms tidy and general tidiness of the office
Stationery and office consumables ordering
Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the business
Development - starting to carry out resourcing duties such as writing job adverts and cv searching.
