Logistics Administrator
Our client who is based in Ashbourne is a Queens Award winning, ISO 9001:2008 certified security printing company which has a full-time vacancy for a Logistics Administrator.
Duties include arranging collections with customer couriers, booking collections with their couriers, raising invoices, creating export paperwork, packing boxes and wrapping pallets, assisting with production paperwork. The role is both office and warehouse based. The successful candidate would be working as part of a small team.
Other key attributes for the role would be excellent computer skills specifically Excel, experience with QuickBooks would be an advantage and a good command of the English language, strong administrative and organisational skills coupled with a good eye for detail as the position will involve communicating with suppliers and customers.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, however, full training will be given.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
