Due to continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our marketing team through the recruitment of an Artwork Coordinator in Winchester.

What will I be responsible for?

Joining our team as an Artwork Coordinator, you will support the firm’s extensive property advertising requirements; from collating copy and images and making bookings, creating templated artwork and proof reading to supporting the graphics team with administration duties. Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • Work with our designated media buyer to ensure that bookings are made on time
  • Re-touch the images where necessary using Adobe Photoshop
  • Set templated artwork to an exemplary standard following brand guidelines
  • Co-ordinate all amends and changes by working closely with our offices
  • Proof and edit copy where required, ensuring that it is accurate and reflects house style
  • Ensure that all delivery deadlines are met
  • Prepare and send print ready files to media buyers and publications
  • Keep a record of all advertising in order to reconcile invoicing, ensuring that the correct profit centres are billed and produce reports accordingly
  • Maintain the image library and licensing of all stock photography
  • Artwork templated case studies and maintain the case study database
  • Artwork templated team sheets
  • Version templated direct mailers, online advertising, and campaign related artwork

Who are we looking for?

As our ideal Artwork Coordinator, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience of both Artworking and the printing process. You must possess knowledge and experience of the Adobe CC suite particularly InDesign and Photoshop. You will also have the following skills and experience:
  • Brilliant organisation skills.
  • The ability to clearly communicate at all levels within the firm (both written and verbally)
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines
