This company is currently looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Executive to join their growing Sales team. The position will be based at their office in South Gyle to the West of Edinburgh and will entail generating leads and new business sales opportunities for their web based application and Android handheld solution.
The company wish to bring on an individual who understands that this is an entry point role but who has the potential to quickly add value and see their career progress rapidly. Although your individual characteristics are important it's also crucial that you can work well within a team and can bring a professionalism and energy to the position that will allow the company to build on their success and excellent reputation.
Salary is negotiable and there is also an attractive bonus scheme, however, the real opportunity is to join an organisation who will invest in you and develop you for mutual success.
Role Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to both new businesses and current customers regarding the company's products and services - the focus will be on both the number of calls and the quality of these calls
- Researching businesses and using this to identify new leads to follow up
- Following up on leads generated by company marketing strategies
- Creating sales opportunities by generating appointments for the wider Sales team
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A desire to develop new business - we would be keen to see people with a background in outbound sales, but if you have previous experience of delivering excellent service and an aptitude for sales, we would be keen to hear from you
- An aptitude for researching businesses and identifying opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work at a fast pace in a target driven environment
- A passion for technology
