Company:
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an industrial, electrical or electrotechnical background to join a renowned and internationally implanted British company. They install and provide maintenance services of their equipment, which is designed and built at their UK site, on a global scale.

Main Duties:
Your role will be to provide excellent technical consultancy, customer service and consumer support on a daily basis.
This position would suit a recent graduate, an experienced candidate looking for a new challenge or a candidate who is looking for an office based role after being out in the field.

The Role:
- To support customers over the telephone and by e-mail.
- To diagnose electrical and mechanical defaults when necessary
- To read electronic and mechanical drawings in 2D and 3D
- To work with HMI's, PCB's and PLC's
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email or over the phone
- To process and follow up orders
- To ensure on-time delivery by liaising with transport companies
- To make travel arrangements and arrange timetables for the Field Service Technicians
- To travel throughout the UK and overseas when required (90% in-house, 10% on site)

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
- Fluency in any other language is desirable
- Electrical Engineering qualification (min. City & Guild level 1, 2, 3 or HND/HNC) - ESSENTIAL
- Experience of industrial 3 phase - ESSENTIAL
- Able to use Excel formulas efficiently - ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of HMI's, PCBs and PLCs - DESIRABLE
- Experience with CAD, 2D and 3D schematics - DESIRABLE
- Happy to travel
- Valid driving license required
- Computer literate
- Dynamic, proactive and flexible personality
- Organised with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills.

Salary:
From £27k pa up to £30k pa + 33 days holiday (rising to 38 with time) + Pension + Life Assurance + Other Benefits
