Scrum Master - Swindon - Wiltshire - Contract

My client, a growing IT Cloud consultancy is looking for a Scrum Master to work with them on a 6-9 month contract, with the potential for an extension. This role will be based in Swindon, Wiltshire. We are looking for someone who is skilled in using Agile methodologies and importantly has experience as a Scrum Master. You will have the following experience; Using Agile methodologies, lead a team to design, create and deploy new bespoke application solutions and enhancements to existing application solutions Develop and coach a high-performing, motivated Delivery team, Facilitate Sprint Planning sessions, Daily Stand-ups and Sprint Reviews. Resolution of obstacles that may adversely affect the Development team. Management of stakeholders and impacted parties. Manage product backlog and sprint activities, interfacing between team, software engineers and project managers Technical guidance and advice on the suitability and feasibility of proposed application based solutions. Solutions will be produced in the following fields : Systems integration, mobile technologies, web development (including collaboration solutions), business reporting, data & analytics. Skills / experience Systems integration, new software product development with in a banking / financial environment

Day rate is cGBP400p/day
