Evening Inbound Sales Manager

Our client is a national premier award winning, Investors in People outsourcer for Contact Centre solutions who is undergoing phenomenal growth in the industry and is currently searching for a sales focused Inbound Sales Team Manager to join them in their Bristol office.
Currently the role will involve running an out of hours Inbound Sales team, in which we take calls for during these times:
Monday - Friday
17:30-23:00
Weekends
09:00-23:00
About The Campaign
It is an inbound sales line with members of the public and businesses calling to lease a variety of vehicles for both business and personal use. You will be responsible for leading, supporting, coaching and developing the individuals in your team on an on-going basis to hit their daily/ weekly and monthly targets. As we are an outsourcer, you will also be the main point of contact to our client so client management experience is essential.
We currently handle questions and requests from thousands of prospective customers each month which makes this a high impact role at the intersection of marketing and sales. As a manager you must be able to collaborate and operate in a fast-paced, high-energy, and constantly changing environment while staying laser focused and hands-on with your team.
You will also build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders whilst taking ownership of your team's performance against targets.
Key Responsibilities of the Evening Inbound Sales Manager:
- Lead, coach and motivate Sales Advisors to achieve and exceed targets
- To develop your team through coaching, call evaluation and feedback sessions
- To analyse your team's performance and implement appropriate solutions
- Deliver effective and inspirational briefs to motive and drive performance
- Recruit new Sales Advisors
- Monitor, record, analyse and report on activities, trends, results with in your team on a daily/weekly basis to your Line Manager
- To achieve and exceed agreed SLA, Advisor and KPI Performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example the Wages Spreadsheet.
- To be commercially aware of the cost of your team and to be able to forecast and set team targets accordingly.
- To deliver excellence in performance through performance management, training and coaching of direct reports.
- To provide full support to the members within your designated team ensuring that they are fully aware of their goals and objectives and a structured plan is in place for them to achieve their full potential.
- To ensure that regular one to one meetings/annual appraisals are held with your team to monitor their progress and identify any training requirements or support they may need
- Build strong relationships with clients
Essential Experience / Personality traits required in becoming the successful Evening Inbound Sales Manager:
- Minimum of 2+ years working in a sales environment as a manager
- Client management experience; ability to communicate clearly, set expectations and build rapport
- Proven self-starter with ability to work under pressure and make independent decisions
- Able to motivate team members and ''get the best out of them''.
- Conveys clear direction and purpose to your Team.
- Previous sales experience to assist in coaching/mentoring others
