We are currently recruiting for a global client in Taunton, Somerset for a Telesales Training Manager. This is an exciting new vacancy for the company. We are looking for someone who will be able to assist with the identification, provision and delivery of company training requirements with the aim of ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to undertake their roles competently. The prime focus of this role is training delivery.

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00. They are offering a highly competitive salary of ??30,000 PA with an OTE ??50,000 - ??60,000 PA. The benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a company car and parking on site.

The principal responsibilities of this role will include:

* Assisting with the development and implementation of the Company's training plan which will be updated annually in order to enable the effective delivery of business objectives.
* Designing, planning and delivering training courses as required.
* Inducting new Sales people across Telesales.
* Providing ongoing coaching to Telesales professionals to enhance performance.
* Participating in all aspects of training provision including sourcing of and liaison with providers to ensure the Company has the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively deliver the Business Plan
* Undertaking training needs analysis with the Telesales department as required to ensure that the training programme is appropriate to the business needs.
* Liaising with appropriate personnel in relation to utilisation of the training record database.
* You must remain aware at all times of your responsibilities for your own Health and Safety, your work colleagues and any others who may be affected by the operations under your responsibility or control. Please refer to the Health and Safety Policy for further details on your specific responsibilities.
* To provide structured training and guidance to support staff in achieving targets in a professional and effective manner.

The key job elements will include:

* Organising own workload and administrative requirements in order to meet specific targets.
* Identifying improvements in services and delivery and making recommendations to the Training Manager.
* Diverse workforce spread across wide geographical area will require regular travel and overnight stays.
