You will be working for...
One of the UK's leading solicitor firms in motor diminution representing blue-chip companies, leasing companies, fleets, private clients and insurance companies. Our specialist area of law is diminution in market value of motor vehicles, which is suffered when a vehicle is involved in a road traffic accident.
We are looking for an apprentice with a positive attitude, in a challenging industry.

In this job you will...
- Deal with all administration aspects of new claims, including chasing outstanding information
- Communicate with our clients, third party insurers, solicitors and various other parties involved in the process by telephone and by written communication
- Utilise our computerised case management system to follow up on any outstanding tasks/duties. Dairy to be clear of tasks by the end of the working day
- Provide a general administrative service to the claims handling and management team
The Administrator is usually the first point of contact for our clients and referrers, who typically are fleets, private individuals, accident management companies, credit hire organisations and body shops. They are responsible for setting up new claims and perform a supporting role to the claims handling team.
Your training will...
Start with a 12-14 month Business apprenticeship, which consists of 10 days of in-centre training in combination with work-based assessment, covering: IT skills, Customer service, Administration and Complaints handling.
You will gain a City & Guilds Level 3 in Business & Administration. This fantastic opportunity can potentially lead to you earning GBP25k in a business role.
