Role: Counterbalance Forklift / Warehouse
Location: Swindon
Salary: GBP8.18 per hour
Contract: Ongoing temporary contract, with the possibility of a permanent position
Our Client, specialising in manufacturing, are seeking an experience warehouse/forklift operative to assist the dispatch department in providing a precise and high level service to all customers and clients.
Key duties will include:
- To assist the operational team with the responsibility for unloading, loading, movement and storage of goods to, from and within the site warehouse.
- To ensure that all goods are received, stored and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.
- When unloading and re-loading to book in and locate goods in the Warehouse and completion of all associated paperwork.
- To pick, pack and load vehicles in accordance with delivery manifests.
- Move goods to designated warehouse location as the Warehouse supervisor directs.
You will be working a day shift from 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday with 1 hour lunch break and a 10 minute break in the morning and a 10 minute break in the afternoon.
Skills Required:
- Understanding of Warehouse Procedures
- PC Literate
- Basic Numeracy & Literacy
- Counterbalance licence
- PPE - Safety boots are required
