The GVA Industrial team are currently recruiting for a Surveyor - Senior Surveyor to assist with lettings and acquisition of industrial property and land. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team.
Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Inspecting buildings, Bristol & South West, reporting on disposal options
- Implementing marketing plans
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating Heads of Terms
- Carrying out Development Appraisals

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Ideally around 18 months / 2 years post qualification experience
- Knowledge of the industrial market in Bristol and South West (advantageous not essential)
- Knowledge of sales and lettings
- Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
- Knowledge of Circle Developer and Powerpoint
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Highly motivated and ambitious to succeed
- IT literate
