Quattro Healthcare is a leading nursing and care agency, with offices throughout the UK.
As part of our ambitious expansion plans we are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work out of our Southend Branch. You will be joining an already established and successful branch who are looking for the right consultant to extend our Healthcare Division, and support the branch moving from strength to strength.
Your responsibilities will include;
Business development and generating new clients
Interviewing candidates via telephone and face-to-face
Client Visits
Continuous sales effort to develop the branch in your designated markets
Fast and efficient placements of staff to meet the clients needs
Re-sourcing information to create new opportunities
Assistance with the development of a recruitment strategy to match business needs
Maintenance of records and remaining compliant with legislation and contractual requirements
General administration and other ad hoc duties as required
Healthcare recruitment experience is desirable but not compulsory for the right candidate with good recruitment experience

Salary will be dependent on experience.
