Reactive / Void / major - maintenance supervisor
Resourcing Group are currently recruiting for Maintenance supervisor based out of Wembley for a leading maintenance contractor.
The ideal candidate will have need to of had experience working with in social housing maintenance. Reactive , void and major works experience is essential, knowledge of SOR codes, managing multi trade operatives, managing sub contractors. This particular role you will be required to liaise with the client. The successful candidate should also be computer literate.
The role will come with a fuel card and vehicle. The pay is GBP33k - GBP35k per annum.
