Office Manager/ Bookkeeper
RHKi Ltd is on the lookout for an Experienced Office Manager/ Bookkeeper.
Highly experienced part time Office Manager/ Bookkeeper with a minimum of 5 years’ experience required to work at RHKi Ltd a small, friendly and busy property management company based in North Manchester.
Must be computer literate preferably with an ECDL qualification.
Experience in residential property industry is desirable.
Office Manager Duties Include:
• Salaries / PAYE.
• Knowledge of HR would be desirable.
• Rent ledger and bank reconciliation both manual and computerised.
The position requires good secretarial and all round administrative abilities so excellent English language and communication skills are required both written and verbal and the applicant must be able to deal with their own correspondence and work on their own initiative without supervision.
Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 per Annum, DOE
