Administrator
Due to recent restructuring we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dedicated Administrator to join an expanding company, within a busy Trade Centres. Working closely with the Branch Manager you will be responsible for the administration of the trade centre, working proactively with customers and the wider business. It's a small team within the trade centre so the duties will be varied and you will need to be flexible. The main duties will include Answering the phone and engaging with customers, most of whom are from the building and construction industry, Follow up on customer enquiries and queries Processing Customer Orders Dealing with invoice queries Filing and copying General Administration Monitoring health and safety checks and also supporting with loading and unloading of vans. It is vitally important that all applicant have previous experience- within the window or door environment.- Within a busy trade type office environment Candidates should also have- Strong Communication skills- Extremely well organised- Previous experience dealing with customer queries
