We are currently looking to recruit Case Administrators in Swindon on an ongoing temporary basis. This would be a full time role paying GBP9 per hour. This role requires the individual to have a valid DBS check.
As an administrator your role would consist of the following;
?? Be the first point of contact for telephone inquiries
?? To deal with telephone queries from internal/external clients.
?? To maintain filing system.
?? To carry out other reasonable management requests, i.e. answering phones, filing, photocopying and general office duties.
?? To arrange meetings and update electronic diaries.
?? Other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
As an individual we would be looking for you to have the below skills;
?? Friendly & outgoing
?? Fantastic attention to detail
?? Friendly & confident telephone manner
?? Highly confident with computers and admin systems
?? Competent with the Microsoft Office software suite
?? Strong multitasking abilities
