This laboratory equipment supplier is currently looking to recruit a full-time Customer Service Trainee Co-Ordinator to join their expanding team. This role offers great career opportunities for the right hard-working individual, taking on the following responsibilities:
- Resolving simple customer service issues, corresponding between customer and suppliers to ensure their customers' needs are met.
- Managing Service Issues for faulty products.
- Informing customers of delivery dates.
- Assisting the order processing team.
- Continually upgrading the company's customer service protocols.
- Handling incoming customer service emails.
- Managing order acknowledgements
- Adding and updating opportunities.
They are looking for candidates with the following:
- Have a good telephone manner.
- Live in the Pocklington area.
- Looking for a career within an office administration environment.
- Be of smart appearance.
- Well organised.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
Hours are 37.5 per week (this could be negotiable).
On target earnings are from GBP14,040 to GBP22,000.
