The Job
The role is based at our Lea Mills Factory and is a full time, permanent systems focused role.
The Ideal Site Admin Coordinator
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- IT Literate with good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel and able to confidently learn new software, with appropriate training
- Confident and effective communicator both verbally and in writing
- Experience in producing weekly budget reports
- Good numeracy skills
- Team worker
- Experience with managing site maintenance stock and stock levels
- Highly organised
- GSCE Maths and English Grade B or above
The Role:
The main duties of the position will include but may not be limited to the following:
- Implementation and on-going management of the new site maintenance system.
- Purchase and manage site maintenance stock ensuring the accuracy of minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Generate weekly budget reports from maintenance system for inter-phase with accounts systems
- Creation and maintenance of the planned preventative maintenance system.
- Compilation and on-going update of a site fixed asset register.
- Accurate scheduling of labour hours based on availability.
- All aspects of manual data input and report writing.
- Calculation and regular monitoring of costs per asset.
- Manage and oversee the perpetual stock take of engineering components.
- Track facilities and project related spend against budget and forecast.
- Gather data, log faults and compile down time reports
- Ensure that sub contractor time cards and work reports are input into the system and accurately tagged to relevant assets.
- Ensure that all method statements and risk assessments are validated by the Health & Safety team and Chief Engineer prior to system input.
- Ensure that the third party approved contractor database is accurately maintained and that public liability status is kept up to date.
