Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Farnham.
What will I be responsible for?
Joining our team as a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for processing source records (bank statements, sales invoices, purchase invoices and credit cards) into a variety of formats to include Sage, Excel, Xero and Kashflow Daily. Regular tasks will also include:

As our ideal Bookkeeper, you will have the following skills and experience:
The salary will be £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience. Candidates with the right experience will start on the higher range of salary.

Joining our team as a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for processing source records (bank statements, sales invoices, purchase invoices and credit cards) into a variety of formats to include Sage, Excel, Xero and Kashflow Daily. Regular tasks will also include:
- CIS returns online including generating the data from our own book kept records;
- Answering the telephone in turn with other book keepers; and
- Assisting with other general accounts and administration tasks as necessary.
Who are we looking for?
As our ideal Bookkeeper, you will have the following skills and experience:
- The role would suit a bookkeeper with purchase ledger, sales ledger and multi-currency experience who can apply their skills intelligently and across a diverse range of source records;
- Experience of Sage and Excel are essential but experience of Xero and Kashflow Daily would be an advantage. Training will be given in these latter software packages;
- High levels of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail;
- Flexible and helpful with excellent interpersonal skills.
