We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our professional and ambitious Media and Performance Arts Team. As the Technical Theatre Apprentice you will work under the direction of the Technical Media & Theatre Technician to provide technical support primarily to staff and students for activities taking place in the college TV studio, theatre and associated rehearsal spaces.
As part of this apprenticeship, you will also be expected to study and collect evidence for your National Award in Technical Theatre.
There will be an occasional need to support on-tour at external venues. You will also act as crew on productions and will be required to film the events; operate lighting, sound and FX, plus carry out stage management and front of house duties as appropriate to your skills.
