Shift Team Leader

This long established manufacturing company is seeking to recruit a Shift Team Leader who will provide leadership to the production team by establishing clear expectations, demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behaviour to attain production goals and measurable results.

This position will be ideally suited to someone with the following traits;

Based in the Aberdeen workshop the role will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for the standard of workmanship within the shift to fulfil the production plan through meeting business needs and ensuring team meets required targets.

Candidate must be able to work shifts, which is cover over a three shift rotation pattern (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm & 10pm - 6am) rotating each week.
